These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your use of the Easy Planner mobile application (App) provided by the Easy Planner Team, an individual developer based in Spain (Developer).
By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.
1. Description of the Service
Easy Planner is a personal task management application designed to help users organize and complete daily activities. The App is provided for personal use only.
2. Subscriptions & Payments
Premium Access
The App offers optional Premium features available through monthly or yearly subscriptions, as well as a one-time Lifetime purchase.
Billing
All payments are processed through your Apple ID or Google Play account. The Developer does not collect, process, or store payment information.
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
Restore Purchases
Users may restore previously purchased subscriptions or Lifetime access using the in-app "Restore Purchases" feature. Purchase validation is handled through Apple, Google, and third-party services such as RevenueCat.
Lifetime Purchase
A Lifetime purchase grants access to Premium features for the lifetime of the product, subject to continued availability of the App and compliance with Apple or Google platform policies.
Refunds
All billing issues and refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple or Google and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.
3. Data Storage, Authentication & Backup
Easy Planner is primarily a local-first application. Your data is stored locally on your device.
If you choose to enable backup or sign in using Apple or Google, your data may be stored in your personal iCloud or Google Drive account. The Developer does not have access to your cloud storage content.
Authentication via Apple or Google is subject to their respective terms, policies, and service availability.
Data backup and restoration depend on third-party services (Apple iCloud or Google Drive). The Developer does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, synchronization accuracy, or recovery of data in case of device loss, service failure, account issues, or platform restrictions.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data if desired.
Your use of the App is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
The Developer does not guarantee:
- uninterrupted or error-free operation,
- that the App will meet your specific requirements,
- that cloud services will remain available,
- or that defects will be corrected.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Spanish and European Union law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- loss of data,
- missed deadlines,
- productivity loss,
- loss of profits,
- business interruption,
- or failure of third-party services,
arising from the use or inability to use the App.
Use of the App is at your own risk.
The Developer shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including service outages, platform changes, policy updates, or force majeure events.
6. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- maintaining backups of your data (if desired),
- using the App in compliance with applicable laws,
- ensuring that any content entered into the App does not violate third-party rights,
- and maintaining access to your Apple or Google account if using cloud backup or authentication features.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain.
8. Changes to These Terms
The Developer may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
