Data stored on your device

Easy Planner is a local-first application. Your tasks, notes, and preferences are stored directly on your device. We do not have access to your task content.

Cloud backup & authentication

If you choose to sign in with Apple or Google, your data may be stored in your personal iCloud or Google Drive account for backup purposes. We do not access, read, or store your cloud content.

Payments & subscriptions

Payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not receive or store your payment card details.

Purchase validation is handled by RevenueCat. This service processes non-identifiable purchase and subscription data (such as an anonymous app user identifier and transaction metadata) to determine your subscription status and manage entitlements.

Diagnostics & Analytics

We may use basic, anonymized diagnostics provided by Apple or Google (such as crash reports) to monitor app stability and improve reliability. These reports do not contain personal information. These diagnostics are provided by the respective platform providers and are subject to their privacy policies.

Your rights (EU & International)

Under the GDPR and other data protection laws, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Since most data is stored locally on your device, you can exercise these rights at any time by deleting the app or clearing its data in your system settings.
