How do reminders work?

Reminders are delivered using local notifications on your device. Ensure that notifications are enabled in your system settings.

Where are my tasks stored?

Easy Planner is local-first. Your data is stored on your device. If you enable cloud backup, your tasks are backed up to your personal iCloud (iOS) or Google Drive (Android).

How do I restore my purchase?

Open Settings in the app and tap “Restore Purchases”. This will re-validate your Premium status via the App Store or Google Play.

How can I get a refund?

All payments are managed by Apple and Google. To request a refund, you must contact their respective support services as we do not have access to your billing information. Refunds are subject to their policies.

What happens to my data if I delete the app?

Unless you have enabled cloud backup, deleting the app will also remove its local data. We recommend enabling cloud backup if you want to keep a copy of your data.
